Group Head of AI for Advisor Productivity & Operational Excellence


WRISE Group is an independent wealth management and financial services platform serving high-net-worth and institutional clients across Asia, the Middle East and other international markets. As the Group continues to expand its global footprint, we are seeking an experienced AI leader to lead AI adoption within WRISE Group in support of its ambition to build a next-gen AI-enabled advisory sales force.


This role comes as part of a wider focus on deploying AI at scale across WRISE Group by making generative AI tools available to all employees to simplify processes, procedures and policies, and equip customer-facing client advisors with the AI tools they need to deliver more personalised services.

About The Role

We are seeking a hands-on AI leader to accelerate the adoption of generative AI across global advisory, operational, and corporate functions. Sitting in the Group CEO Office within a matrix reporting environment, this role delivers measurable improvements in advisor productivity, operational efficiency, and cost performance.

Your mandate is to deploy AI at scale across the organisation, making generative AI tools available to all staff to simplify processes, procedures, and policies, and equip customer-facing colleagues with the tools they need to deliver more personalised services, while also improving in-house systems and boosting overall productivity.

Structure and Reporting

Function: Group CEO Office

  • Corporate Band: Executive Director/Director
  • Matrix Reporting Environment: Works across functions, regions, and business units to implement AI initiatives and deliver global impact
  • Strategic Engagement with CFO: Acts as a key partner to the Group CFO, providing AI-driven insights and operational metrics to optimise organisational structure, revenue, and cost performance. Ensures AI initiatives directly support the delivery of strategic financial goals while maintaining alignment with enterprise governance.

Job Responsibilities

Drive AI Across Advisory, Operations & Corporate Functions

  • Identify opportunities to deploy AI at scale, simplifying workflows, procedures, and policies
  • Empower advisors and support staff with AI tools to enhance client experiences and enable more personalised services
  • Work closely with the Group CFO to translate AI-driven insights into optimisation of organisational structure, revenue streams, and cost management
  • Lead deployment of AI initiatives across advisory, operations, and corporate functions globally

Enhance Productivity & Workflow Efficiency

  • Automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks across advisory and corporate function teams
  • Streamline internal processes, reduce administrative burden, and improve cost-to-serve metrics
  • Track and report measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and operational performance

Build Practical AI Capabilities

  • Integrate AI into existing platforms without disrupting client-facing operations
  • Develop a central AI framework accessible across regions
  • Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise governance

Governance & Responsible AI

  • Embed human review checkpoints in all client-facing or compliance-sensitive AI outputs
  • Partner with risk, compliance, and senior leadership to maintain safe, responsible, and accountable AI usage
  • Maintain visibility and documentation of AI tools, data usage, and governance standards

External Partnerships

  • Identify and manage strategic AI technology partners
  • Evaluate new tools and vendors for operational impact and global scalability
  • Ensure partnerships align with enterprise priorities and business outcomes

Relationship with Head of IT

  • Work alongside the Head of IT to ensure AI initiatives leverage robust enterprise systems, secure infrastructure, and scalable data pipelines, while focusing on business outcomes, advisor productivity, and operational efficiency globally. Together, they ensure AI solutions are practical, compliant, and impactful.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of wealth management, advisory operations, and client workflows
  • Hands-on experience deploying generative AI solutions at scale to drive measurable operational and financial impact globally
  • Comfortable influencing in a matrix reporting environment and working closely with C-suite leaders, including the CFO
  • Execution-oriented: able to pilot, iterate, and scale AI initiatives quickly
  • Bonus: multi-market or regional experience, exposure to advisor compliance processes

  • 0–3 months: Launch initial AI tools with measurable productivity gains
  • 3–6 months: Broader adoption across advisory and operational teams
  • 6–12 months: Tangible improvements in advisor productivity, operational efficiency, revenue, and cost performance
