Finance & Investor Relations Intern

Job Responsibilities
- Finance, Regulatory Reporting & Portfolio Analytics
- Support finance operations, regulatory reporting, and portfolio-related analysis activities
- Assist with inputting and maintaining client portfolio transaction data required for regulatory and statistical reporting purposes, including submissions to relevant authorities such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Department of Statistics (DOS)
- Support preparation of statistical submissions, management reports, and finance-related analysis
- Finance Transformation & Business Analytics
- Support development of management dashboards and business performance reporting
- Assist in automation, data analytics, and finance transformation initiatives
- Support initiatives to improve reporting accuracy, data quality, and operational efficiency
- Investor Relations, Corporate Finance & Strategic Initiatives
- Support drafting and development of WRISE news updates, corporate announcements, and internal communications
- Support preparation of investor updates, shareholder communications, and corporate presentations
- Assist in financial analysis and preparation of materials relating to capital raising, strategic partnerships, and corporate finance initiatives
- Support research and analysis on potential business opportunities, market trends, and industry developments
- Assist in preparation of board materials, management presentations, and strategic documents
- Exposure to corporate development activities, including fundraising, investments, and strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
- Undergraduate pursuing Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Marketing, Law, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and ownership mindset
- Curious, adaptable, and willing to learn across multiple functions
