Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, handling office communications, and maintaining office documentation. Ensure accurate filing and secure management of both physical and electronic records.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Continuously monitor and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Client Onboarding & Life Cycle Management: Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary documentation, compliance checks, and account setups are completed accurately and efficiently. Oversee timely updates to client information, ensuring that any changes are captured and processed promptly to maintain accurate records throughout the client relationship.
- VCC and Sub-Fund Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of variable capital companies (VCCs) and sub-funds, ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements
- Compliance and Documentation: Support the maintenance of compliance documentation (e.g. consolidation of account statements etc), reviewing internal processes, and ensuring that the office complies with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Track and report key operational metrics to senior management, making recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or other relevant disciplines
- At least 4-6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the asset management, wealth management, or financial services industry
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
